Pilates Teacher
Stephanie
Stephanie discovered Pilates after suffering a workplace injury and soon found that she was attending clinical PIlates not only to assist her recovery but also because she loved it. She found it to be non-competitive, self-focused and safe. She liked that there was no hiding where you were truly at with your body and how it highlighted your strengths and weaknesses.
As a Pilates teacher she discovered there are so many variations and tools to utilise that can be tailored to fit anyone’s needs, helping people feel better in their own body and mind.
Stephanie has always enjoyed physical activities such as dancing, running and going for long walks.

Pilates Teacher
Kyra
Kyra’s journey with Pilates began over a decade ago while training full-time in circus arts at NICA. She initially turned to Pilates for injury prevention and rehabilitation, but it quickly became an essential part of her movement practice. In 2020, she began teaching small group classes, working primarily with mums and bubs, before expanding her expertise to group fitness, mat Pilates, reformer, and a full range of small and large Pilates apparatus.
Kyra enjoys guiding students through new movement pathways while maintaining a focus on alignment, safe range of motion, and consistent time under tension to promote strength and muscle endurance. With a strong emphasis on eccentric strengthening and functional training, her classes incorporate joint mobility work to support overall movement efficiency.
Outside the studio, Kyra’s passion for movement extends to dance. She has a deep improvisational and somatic movement practice, including contact improvisation.
