Body Mass Index  (BMI) Tool

To work out your BMI simply:

  • divide your weight in kilograms (kg) by your height in metres (m)

  • then divide the answer by your height again to get your BMI

For example:

  • If you weigh 65kg and you're 1.65m tall, divide 65 by 1.65. The answer is 39.

  • Then divide 39 by 1.65. The answer is 23.8. This is your BMI.
